Dr. Rana Kaleemullah (Dr. K) is our board-certified psychiatrist. Josh Fantauzzi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Tell the office whom you would like to see so it can confirm fit and availability.
We treat adults 18 and older. For online care, you must be physically in Texas during each visit. Our physical office is at 305 Miron Drive, Southlake, TX 76092; visits in other Texas cities are by telehealth.

The Google Calendar link schedules a 15-minute introductory phone call with our administrative team or, sometimes, the doctor. It is not a psychiatric evaluation or a guarantee of acceptance as a patient. We discuss fit and next steps before a clinical appointment is arranged.
