Adults in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Lubbock, El Paso, Corpus Christi, Killeen and Temple, McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley and elsewhere in Texas can inquire about secure video care. SLS Psychiatry has one physical office in Southlake. For these distant communities, the service described here is telehealth, not a local clinic or a practical routine drive to Southlake.
Ask about adult psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ADHD, anxiety and trauma-related concerns, depression and mood disorders, or sleep concerns. Dr. Rana Kaleemullah, MD, and Josh Fantauzzi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, provide care within their roles; you may state a clinician preference during intake. Clinical fit, visit format and availability must be confirmed. We do not provide ongoing standalone therapy or guarantee a particular prescription.
Initial self-pay evaluations are billed at $350 per hour and typically last 60–75 minutes. Contact the office for follow-up pricing. Verify benefits for your specific plan and clinician before scheduling; a listing of an insurer does not establish your individual coverage.
We are not a TRICARE provider. Patients seeking care near military communities such as Killeen or San Antonio should review self-pay or other commercial-insurance options with the office before scheduling.

We treat adults 18 and older. For online care, you must be physically in Texas during each visit. Our physical office is at 305 Miron Drive, Southlake, TX 76092; visits in other Texas cities are by telehealth.
