Experienced, board-certified clinicians dedicated to your mental well-being. Patients can request to schedule with Dr. K or with Josh; both providers offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management.
Founder & Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Rana Kaleemullah, known to her patients as Dr. K, is the founder of SLS Psychiatry and a board-certified psychiatrist. Growing up in New Orleans, she witnessed the emotional toll of Hurricane Katrina — an experience that deepened her commitment to mental health care.
She studied at Loyola University, trained at Tulane Behavioral Health, and broadened her clinical perspective in Toronto's diverse medical community. After two years of telepsychiatry in Texas and New York, she founded SLS Psychiatry to offer thoughtful, personalized adult psychiatric care.
Dr. K tailors each treatment plan with genuine listening at its core. She offers in-person care at the Southlake office and telehealth visits for patients physically located in Texas.
Available by appointment, in-person in Southlake and via Texas telehealth.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Josh Fantauzzi is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience across inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient psychiatric settings. He provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and individualized treatment planning, collaborating as appropriate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.
His background includes psychiatric nursing, ICU nursing, and service in the Texas Army National Guard. He earned his BSN from Tarleton State University in 2018 and his MSN-PMHNP from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2024.
Josh offers evening availability for adult psychiatric care by appointment.
Available daily 5 PM to 7 PM and Fridays 1 PM to 7 PM, by appointment.
Dr. K, our founding board-certified psychiatrist (MD), offers in-person care in Southlake and telehealth across Texas during weekday office hours. Josh, our PMHNP-BC, offers evening availability daily from 5 PM to 7 PM and Friday afternoons from 1 PM to 7 PM, which makes after-work appointments practical for most working adults.
Both providers see adults 18 and older for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. If you are unsure which provider is the best fit, the office can help guide you based on availability and preferences.
