You can choose in-person care in Southlake, TX or telehealth across Texas. Initial evaluations are 60–75 minutes; follow-up visits are 20–50 minutes. Adults 18 and older only.

Our office is located just off State Highway 114 in Southlake, with easy access from Westlake, Trophy Club, Grapevine, Colleyville, and Keller. Free patient parking is available on site. Look for the SLS Psychiatry signage at the main entrance and check in at the front desk. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can complete check-in without rushing your appointment time.
