About us
SLS Psychiatry is a clinician-led, patient-centered practice for adults (18+) across Texas. We focus on mood and anxiety disorders and ADHD with continuity, education, and measurement-based care at the core. Our goal is to give providers the support and flexibility to do excellent clinical work.
How we work
- Continuity over churn: Build a consistent panel and follow patients over time instead of working in a high-volume, rotating-provider model.
- Thoughtful clinical support: Collaborate directly with physicians, therapists, primary care clinicians, and a clinical team that values careful judgment.
- Hybrid flexibility: See patients in person in Southlake and by secure Texas telehealth, with a schedule built around reliable outpatient care.
- A practice you can help shape: We are growing deliberately and welcome clinicians who improve workflows, templates, and the patient experience.
Tools & support
- eClinicalWorks with smart templates, pre-submission claim edits, and measurement tools including PHQ-9, GAD-7, and ASRS.
- Freed AI ambient note assistant to streamline documentation — you review and sign every note.
- Credentialing, payer enrollment, and revenue-cycle support with a direct feedback loop as the practice grows.

We're building a modern outpatient practice where clinicians have the autonomy and practical support to provide excellent care.
